Once you’ve identified the need for an employee, book a consultation with our team online or by emailing us at info@halorecruiting.com. We’ll reach out for an onboarding call to discuss your needs within 24 hours.

Step 2: Discover

During our initial discussion, we’ll work closely with you to understand your needs and the specific roles you have in mind for your team. We’ll review your job descriptions, or even help you create one if you don’t have one in place.

Step 3: Explore

Once we understand the type of candidate you’re looking for, we’ll begin the search process, interviewing and screening potential candidates until we curate a short list of top options to match your specific needs. You’ll receive resumes and our initial evaluations for the top 3 – 5 qualified candidates for you to select from. If you’re not satisfied with the candidates we endorse, we will continue the search process until we find the right fit for you.

Step 4: Evaluate

When you’re happy with the selections we’ve made, you can schedule your follow-up interviews and select your new hire. We make the interview process easy, scheduling conversations with candidates around your specific availability to ensure a smooth, stress-free process.

Step 5: Hire

After a successful placement, you’ll pay a one-time fee and we’ll provide a 90-day replacement guarantee for your added peace of mind. We aim to match candidates with companies for the long term, fostering enduring relationships that help businesses and professionals succeed together.
